Performance Testing
We offer many different physical assessments for team-based athletes, including the following:
- Speed: Using our speed timing system, we can measure sprint running speeds at various intervals. Our most popular distances include 10m, 20m, and 40m
- Agility: Using our speed timing system, we can measure speeds for numerous agility drills – each sport typically has their own prefered agility drill, which most accurrately reflects movements required for the sport
- Vertical Jump: We can measure multiple variables of vertical jump performance using our jump accelerometer technology. Measures we can obtain include jump height, jump velocity, jump power, reactive strength index, and we typically obtain measurements for double- and single-leg jumps, which can be a great means of identifying any unilateral asymmetries between each limb
- Movement: Using a multi-scalar assessment, we utilise an overhead squat movement as a means of assessing movement capacity and to identify potential restrictions in movement, which can be used as a potential indicator of performance and injury risk
- Strength: Using specific technique, we can utilise a simple push-up test to obtain an estimate of upper body strength and capacity, for those sports where this is important
- Core: We use a simple elbow-plank hold to determine core strength and endurance
- Aerobic Capacity: We can implement a Beep Test to determine aerobic capacity for sports that require it
- Anaerobic Capacity: We can implement a Yo-Yo Test to determine anaerobic capacity for sports that require it
Using each test, we can obtain a unique snapshot of the overall athletic capacity for each member in your team
Additionally, we collect and present all data obtained from each test using visual graphs, which is then sent to the team’s coaching staff. We can also depict comparisons between previous and current performances

Game day routines
We can design game-day routines to enhance performance and give your team the competitive advantage. Specifically, we can assist with the following:
- Warmup Design: We can design warmups specific and unique to the requirements of your sport. Our warmups will ensure that your athletes are moving at their maximum capacity whilst risk of injury is minimised. Additionally, energy is efficiently used and conserved so that your team is feeling fresh from the first minute, and yet are also firing at their maximum capacity.
- Cool Downs and Recovery: We can design effective cool down and post-match recovery routines, so that your team can maximise their recovery potential prior to their next sessions, in addition to minimising injury risk
- Hydration Management: Using pre- and post-match weigh-ins, we can determine the amount of fluid that each team member loses during their match, as well as calculate the amount required to be replaced in order to help maximise recovery

fitness and conditioning
We can offer a multitude of sport-specific fitness and conditioning routines, according to the needs of your team, athletes, and sporting requirements. We can offer one-off conditioning sessions, or design long-term conditioning blocks

speed and movement mechanics
We specialise in the development of linear sprint speed and multi-directional movements specific to sporting actitivies and requirements. Specifically, we offer a signature 8-week Speed and Movement Mechanics program, where we work on the following:
- Linear acceleration
- Sprint technique and mechanics
- Force absorption and force generation
- Directional change efficiency and speed
- Minimising energy leaks
- Maximising energy efficiency
We also offer single-sessions and programs of customised length. Sessions also need not be consecutive, and can be spread out over a length of time

Performance and recovery management
We offer high quality performance and recovery management systems, specifically inclusive of the following:
- Using a simple formula system, we can track individual training loads each week, to determine how much each athlete is doing from a physical and psychological perspective
- We use a simple system to track weekly subjective wellbeing scores for each individual, so that we can gauge an estimate of how each athlete is feeling, recovering, and performing
- We promote a range of 8 simple recovery activities to help athletes feel and perform at their best. We use a simple method to track individual recovery each week, using a numerical value to determine how much recovery each athlete is doing. To maximise recovery, we have a target for each athlete to aim for each day and over each week
