Enhance your movement capacity
- Our programs specialise in correcting any movement dysfunction or muscular imbalances that may be present
- We do this using specialised corrective exercises to release what is overactive, and strengthen what is inactive
- This can help alleviate pain, improve flexibility and range of motion, and help you to feel and move better overall

Youth Personal Training
- We offer personal training programs specific for young people and adolescents
- Our programs consider the growing nature of this population group, and are planned accordingly to support this natural growth and development process
- Young people and adolescents can expect to see improvements in a variety of fitness components, such as strength, stamina, lean muscle, cardiovascular endurance, stability, flexibility, range of motion and overall movement capacity
Occupational personal training
- Ideal for those with physical occupations and who may experience aches, pains, or any sort of movement complaint or restriction
Fitness Testing
- We use a range of simple and effective fitness tests to accurately assess and identify your current physical capacity
